End of season

Back to the macro for today's blip and with it being the early days of Autumn and the fact that flowers are a lot less available, the insects are all crowded onto the few that are still in bloom.

A cloud of hover flies accompanied by a number of bees, including a particularly large bumble bee and one or two wasps rose up from the flowers when I walked by so I went and got the macro lens so I could capture one or two of them.
