Geese!

Paid an early visit to RSPB Vane Farm this morning to see if we could see any geese. We were thrilled to see masses. This is just a small section of them...pinkfooted, I think. The noise was fantastic and we saw lots more....heron, swans, curlew.

Had to go back to bed when we arrived home with sinus pain but after painkillers and a snooze felt a little better.

Fifi and Lyall came this afternoon. They move on Friday and are getting the final packing done. Can't wait to see their new home.

Time for dinner soon, a walk with Rona and then Downton!
