Birthday Celebrations - Part 1

Happy Birthday Mama!

21 again, how does she do it!?

Jenny & I spent a lovely afternoon at home celebrating Mum's birthday. Granddad & Pam also joined us for the day & it was an all round splendid time! I managed to rustle up a marble cake this morning, battling time & my limited baking knowledge - thanks Jen for your words of wisdom & extremely necessary aid in preparation. I must say it turned out looking rather good! There was also some UM-azing cupcakes & deliciously moist looking chocolate cake that Mum's friend Rachael brought round too!

It was great catching up with everyone & chilling throughout the afternoon. My camera was only attached to my hand sporadically so I did what I do best, & if in doubt, grabbed a few group shots to be safe! This is My Granddad Douglas, Mum Carol, Sister Ria & me.

Birthday Celebrations - Part 2 tomorrow! We're winging our way to Croydon to join in the jubilations for Will's 18th (Fri 20th). How exciting! Should be a belter!

And I've already had my quota of cake this weekend.. what am going to do!?
