My husband and I had a small celebration tonight and toasted our newest addition to the family, Gavin Henry. He is a week old today. I love to celebrate everything so this seemed like a great time to have a special dinner and reflect on the blessing of his birth. It was the first time we had a quiet dinner to ourselves since his birth. Our dinner was a cedar plank salmon from the grill, roasted asparagus and a caesar salad. Our toast was with a delicious glass of Douce France Vouvray.
