Speakers, parades, trivia games, dancing and fireworks.

FLY-OVER
To kick-off today’s parade.
Four Experimental Aircraft Planes,
Performed the “Missing Man Formation”
Over Grand Lake.

WAIT. DID I SAY EXPERIMENTAL AIRCRAFT?
Yep,
That’s some kinda nasty name,
I wouldn’t fight anyone for a window seat.

Actually,
They’re home-built sports planes,
Costing around $60,000.
Don’t know why they’ve been stuck with,
The loser name.

HERE’S THE RV-7A
A kit plane from Van’s RV line,
Which typically costs over $60,000.

Like a White Knight
He charges through the clouds, and
That’s gotta be some-kind-of-thrill.
