Kahleesi

We left for home this morning in the pouring rain! It rained most of yesterday, all night, & was still raining when we left Houston this morning. The roads were flooding very badly, so our progress on the roads was very slow......which seemed appropriate to my mood! It was so heart-wrenching to leave our daughter after such a great visit! Almost as hard as when she moved here at the end of May! I've blipped her dog, Kahleesi, who is about 4 months old. She's named after one of Jennie's favorite characters from the "Game of Thrones" series of books. She's (they think) part daschshund & part chihuahua--very unusual looking with those big ears--but as sweet & loving as can be! Got as far as Little Rock, Arkansas today, so have 2 more days of driving to go. :)
