Porridge breakfast

Having thought these breakfast pots look vile, I had to scoop up breakfast on the run and found it surprisingly pleasant. Oat flakes with golden syrup.
Remember the Ready Brek TV commercials? Well I was all fired up with my inner central heating all day! Ideal as autumn is rushing in!
