Good by standard pedal, hello clip less pedal

Why they call it clip less when it has a clip is beyond me but it's a big step. Avoided these since you need a dedicated shoe but the benefits out way the bad. You get power on the way up along with the way down. The only thing you have to keep in mind is to declip before you stop or you'll have a comical slow motion fall as you struggle to get you foot off.
