Extreme Cuisine

The girls had a day with their grandparents whilst Annie and I (Chris) travelled into a busy London by car then tube to meet very good friend Kate. We were there to celebrate her 40th birthday with more friends and Kate's family. We had a fabulous lunch at Gauthier in Soho, really superb food and service. Not sure they were too impressed with my request for my lamb to be well done though!

Annie stayed on in London for further festivities whilst I returned home for a three generation family dinner. Now I really am properly full!
