Scotch Eggs

Decided to try and make Andy Bates' 'gourmet' scotch eggs as I'm sick of the dry stodgy crap that you get in most stores. They weren't bad but maybe I'll cook the eggs a tad longer so when I'm eating them I'm not going to lose it all down my chin!
