Dalkeith Country Estate

Today K., and I checked out the first MidFest launch event held at the Dalkeith Country Estate.

We enjoyed listening to some of the musical events going on, managed to buy ourselves the last two pulled pork rolls on offer by the Juicy Meat Company, and enjoyed walking around the grounds.

I was quite sad to see that they no longer have the Adventure Playground as we used to take the kids I volunteered with. I hope they put something like that back in soon as they really enjoyed it and I'm sure others did too.
