Fluff

HeartFreek's challenge.

I have deliberately put off cutting back a big Ivy overhang because we thought the Blackie had nested there this year. In total I found 3 nests but shocked to find 2 eggs in this one.
Now I wonder if we disturbed her because it is right next to our storage area for the refuse bins.
The eggs were covered over with a lid of leaves and moss and as you can see there is fluff incorporated into the nest. Isn't nature wonderful but also a little mysterious?
