...with a lovely pale pink example

of a dragon - a snap dragon flower to be precise!

remember those? how you could play with them - snap 'em off - my mother used to howl at me for getting into hers all the time - i was such a naughty thing - but i couldn't resist having such fun with them - they were designed to be played with - have fun with - and they come in every color of the spectrum, too - although i've never seen such pale pink ones in my life...

when i spotted these - standing tall and alone - i practically stumbled, skipped and fell to my shins trying to get to them - i couldn't believe my eyes - i did one of those simplemoments "double takes" i'm now infamous for - rocking back on my heels to get a good shot with my camera - that, too, nearly sent me onto my rump - i declare - it's a wonder i made it home without anything more than a bruise on my wrist for the days adventure - yet well worth it - to get this, right? i haven't done any tweaking other than some cropping - this way you can experience yourself the full glory of pink i did - knowing that's what has made it...
