Sunset

After a busy day at work I came home with a dull headache from being inside all day in a warm office. I changed into my running things, put on my iPod and went out for a run. The sun was starting to set and the sky was a lovely colour. It did the trick, my headache was gone when I got back :).
Youngest phoned tonight, he's had a good freshers' week at university and is settling in well. Good start to the weekend.
