Gated road.

This is the road to the kennels where my dogs go when I'm off on my holidays! There are two gates to open and close behind me which is ok when the weather is like today but not so much fun when tipping it down!!
When the kids were young teens they would open the gate then stand on the side steps of the Land Rover and hold onto the roof rail between gates. (I drove really slowly but they felt it was fast!)
There were lots of pheasants today and no sign of the sheep that are usually dozing on the warm Tarmac. Maybe they've gone to the butcher... :-/
It's a shame they have to go in when there are three adults and a baby still at home! Ho hum! :-)
