Ta Dah!

More cake shenanigans tonight, the icing variety. Never used fondant icing before, in fact I've never made a novelty cake before, my girls had to make do with a round cake decorated with butter icing / sweets / chocolates . Well that was till we progressed to the shop bought novelty ones. Grandson wanted a minion cake and the supermarkets don't do them, hope this will be OK. Has been a most productive day at work as well, managed to press on with a couple of things that have needed sorting out, write up some guidance notes for a new process, agree a couple of new processes that need building into our computer system. Also managed to sort out a number of training days for some colleagues next month. Even managed to get out into the sunshine at lunchtime, warm enough to go out without my coat or jumper.
