The River Spey and the Cairngorms.

We returned home this evening after a wonderful week in Aviemore.
There was a diversion at junction 38 so we drove home through the Lake District, and bought lunch in Ullswater.
I decided to use this photo for my blip that I took this morning as we strolled along the river Spey beside the MacDonald golf course.
It is so well maintained and incredibly picturesque.
The trees and ferns are just turning to their Autumn colours.
Arthur was waiting for us as if he expected us, sitting expectantly on the side of Maria's comfy armchair.
Tiffany strolled in at 6;30pm and wolfed down two bowls of cat food.
Making tea now and then unpacking.
