True or False?

This sign is on a hoarding surrounding the empty site overlooked by our studies. I have never seen a guard dog, let alone a security guard or security camera. At present it is simply an empty plot of land. It makes you wonder how many other such "warnings" are totally untrue. May be an illustration for Sunday's sermon in this!
