Daisy and I started the trawl round the high schools today, starting with the girls school. I am trying to encourage daisy not to make her choice based on the uniform (one has skirts, one has blazers you are apparently never allowed to take off and the other has black jumper and trousers) but it turns out we are not very good at presentations, tours and Q and A sessions. We were both quite bored, I had a whole "I've seen everything in this museum now" feeling but, aware I am actually the adult, really tried hard. We decided we couldn't face the Q and A session though and left. Daisy said it was too early to go to school yet so we had a pleasant 20 minute skive in the park with a little cake each. Much better than listening to all the silly questions.
