Ginger Wine

Love ginger beer, alcoholic or non alcoholic :), someone mentioned ginger wine and remembered the old Whisky Mac Days (Back in the mists of time), I was scanning the exotic and silly drinks at Tesco's and spotted this so thought I would give it a go, will try anything once
I have to say it is rather nice, lovely & spicy and I think a bit lighter then the original.
