flower friends

When my friend Frieda  blipped her Hollyhock in Scotland the other day, I was amazed at how similar it was from that angle to the hibiscus I have growing in my yard in Florida. In fact, I thought it was a hibiscus until I read the title of her blip! That would be surprising, but that's where my brain went.

I had to go take a photo of the back of my hibiscus just to see : )


And how appropriate that my dear friend Frieda who introduced me to blip almost 3 years ago has assisted in my getting caught up after a three months absence -this blip makes me current. I do still have some photos to fill in . ..  but the bulk of my catching up is done. I am happy to be here!
