My Hobby!!!

In my spare time, I like to grow mushrooms cause I'm a fun guy!!! (Groan.)
This year, I have been rewarded with a fantastic crop in our garden, as you can see in the photo.
I had intended making them into soup, risotto, quiches etc.
However, the big problem is, I have no idea if these are poisonous or not so I will just sell them on to our local delicatessen.
