The Monkey Shot Problem

Although taking first year physics as a fifth-year biochemistry major is not terribly glamorous, it does mean I get to watch neat demos during class again (they don't bother with that exciting stuff in the later years...).

Today our professor mimicked a monkey falling out of a tree and being hit by a bullet - much less morbid than it sounds.


My evening activities included baking granola, making a quinoa salad and toasting walnuts for said salad. Oh, and dinner at 11:30pm. The time at which I realize I hadn't eaten any of the food I'd made.
