Carrot Cake

Definitely doing more baking during exams, the ultimate procrastination. Tried this recipe and Mark even willingly ate some (normally I have to force-feed him baking because he's a bake-o-phobe).

We had ONE blissful day without an exam on. So Mark and I went to Cosmo for tea and he went mad on meat and I was very greedy at the desserts, but stayed clear of the chocolate fountain!
