Here's how Safeway describes its Refreshe brand:
"Satisfying & fun"! Fun? Water??? "Enhanced with Minerals for Fresh Taste"! Presumably to replace the minerals they took out during distilling.

Here's my theory about their marketing strategy.
First they introduce Refreshe as their brand of bottled water. Then when people get used to that godawful name, they add a line of similarly named and packaged soft drinks loaded with sugar. That's probably the reason for the bubblegum pink wrapper.

I think this diatribe is just me being crabby because my wifi has conked out again. But really, pink for water?
