Nothing custom about this license plate. Even though a Washington front plate is required, there are many folks who choose to display a foreign plate on the front of their vehicle, and the authorities don't seem to take much action, unless you are a smart a**, and they are just looking for something to write you up for :)

My scant Goggle searching seems to indicate that this may be a German plate? Any of my friends on the other side of the "pond" have any thoughts on this plate?
