Houston Museum of Fine Arts

Started out sunny this morning, then clouded up & we had about 5 hours worth of downpour, but we'd decided to go to the museum, so it didn't really matter! It's a huge place--sprawls over 2 large buildings! We spent several hours wandering around & ended up eating lunch there too. This picture is of the tunnel which connects the 2 buildings together, & is itself a work of art. The black part is the walkway, & the sides drop away from the walkway & are open off to the sides. The sides change colors frequently. You can see the silhouette of the docent to the left in the distance; my husband is in the middle & my daughter to the right. We all thought it was really cool! :)
