The Great Escape....

....from the crowds visiting the Scottish Tapestry.
I waited patiently for 30 minutes with my wife Liz & sister Christine to get into the Scottish Parliament, but once inside, it was so crowded and cramped, I just had to get out.
So I went on a wee wander around the Royal Mile / Queen"s Gallery / Holyrood Park area and took some photos with our Sony NEX-7.
Quite impressed with it's smallness, ease of use and the quality of the results.
I bought it for Liz, but because it has 2 lenses, the need to carry small bag is too much.
Must get her a point & shoot.
