A Few Bricks

Today I was sitting in a building that is older than the country of the United States. Older than any of the buildings I have known my whole life. Older than the roads in Boston. These bricks were surrounded me, still tough and fighting against the Dublin weather to stay strong. The ones above are some of these original bricks as well, to be preserved.
I was talking to you today about longevity in the world and how things like relationships last in a small period of time within the spam of everything. We both said we want to be longer than that. So let us do it. When people ask us why we want to do that.. Stay how we are we just need two words. And these are the words that gave me the courage to talk to you and keep pursuing you.
