Amalia and the Offspring

I backblipped for the first time yesterdays blip. Better picture of the baby ostriches. Here you can see the size difference and how careful the parents have to be not to tramble their babies on their huge feet. The female ostrich is Amalia and the male August. I'll be exited how they look like when I come back in October. =)

They are magnificent animals.
