Greatest invention?

Paracetamol may be the greatest invention. Discuss.

OK, OK the printing press, the telephone and, how could I forget on blip, the camera but right now Arthur is paying an extended visit so I'd put paracetamol at the top of the list. I've been ignoring it for a few days and working more than normal but by late afternoon a patient was asking me if I was ok so I'd better do something about it.

All of which is the perfect excuse for a lazy evening on the sofa :-). Is there anything decent on TV?
