Blood sweat and negotiations

Afternoon all,

I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat - Sir Winston Churchill.......and neither do we so pay us accordingly ! ;0)

Wage negotiations today.......as per usual, all other departments took a back seat and waited for me to do the talking.....every year, the same thing....I talk for all. I gave them my speech, argued down points they raised....they'll come back next month with their response...kind of hoped they'd given it some thought before this...round two next month!! Hopefully great success and a quick knock out for us !!! ;0)
