Filling up

Today is day two of attempting to quit the fags. We've taken StevieFish's oft repeated advice of using patches and I must admit that they've been brilliant so far. There's been none of the snarling and screaming that we experienced when we went cold turkey last time.

Of course, it's early days yet. A full day in work tomorrow will be the big test, but I'm bloody determined this time.
