Had an awesome squash session today.
I started off playing a guy who I expected to beat very easily, and did.
Which is always nice, and quite a change as I usually play people better than me and end up getting slaughtered.
So after playing this guy, another member of the club asked if I wanted a hit with him. He's much better than me, so naturally I said yes.
It turned into a bit of a lesson, which was great, and really made me think about each shot I was playing, and he was constantly encouraging my to play better.
Trying harder, thinking more and moving better, ended up with me playing better and feeling less tired when I came off court.
