Swashbucklers

Went down to Swashbucklers this morning to watch the Americas Cup. Team NZ won the only race of the day putting them one win away from bringing home the "Auld Mug". I felt quite privileged to have the place to ourselves courtesy of our host Paul Smit and Scottie who knows everyone. This place is iconic and in fact looks more like many California memorabilia bars I have been into.

In fact I was in San Diego to watch team NZ bring home the cup in 1995 and watched it in a bar very similar to this.

I just remembered the name of the San Diego bar. It was called The Top Gun Bar.

It is a good omen. One more race to win.
