The Show is in the cooking!

It is always fascinating to watch a Japanese chef doing the cooking in front of you. It appeals to the senses of the nose and of the eye to gradually prepare you for the tasting. This Thai-Japanese chef was actually preparing the chicken tepanayaki I had just ordered. It sure tasted delicious and it looked so healthy as well.
