Happy 30th Gander!!!!

Tuesday was Martin's (Gander's) 30th birthday and a main reason we wanted to go down to Portland at this time. Wanted to share in this special day as turning thirty seems one of life's milestones. We enjoyed Zeke in the kid's place before going out for a special birthday lunch. We felt lucky to be able to share this time in their lives. After lunch Big R and I had to say our farewells for now and head home before traffic to Seattle got too crazy. It was as day of many emotions for me ---seeing Martin at 30 now and so happily married to the love of his life, to see them both as new loving parents and to hold our new grandson Zeke---precious moments in life that cannot be matched. I am so glad we were able to take the trip down.
