Having spent the whole day chasing my derrière I couldn't resist taking this photo as my blip of the day - it reminded me of what a up-hill struggle things can be sometimes (current problems weighing me down somewhat). I know others must feel the same way. Having said that if I can achieve a tiny bit of what this guy did I would be on the home run so to speak !
With all that in mind I dedicate this picture to all those that achieve "their best" even when there is no-one to acknowledge them - hope everyone got that fantastic sky tonight.

Stephen Michael James "Steve" Ovett OBE, is a former middle distance runner from England. He was gold medalist in the 800 metres at the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow, and set world records for 1500 metres and the mile run.
