the bee and the flower

Summer got a reprieve today. It was deliciously warm and sunny, a gorgeous golden day.

I had a great yoga session at BAT's first thing then spent the rest of the day in the garden, planting onions and clipping hedges.
There are lots of butterflies again, mainly Red Admirals, and these catmint plants were humming with bumble bees.
