Cassoulet-sans-poulet

One of the delights of France is the weekly fruit and vegetable market, and so was it in Bergerac this morning. Whilst Madame filled her shopping bag, I filled my camera card. Here's some of the results of both ventures, with which cassoulet-sans-poulet was concocted, and left us both replete. There is nothing like a bowl of simple peasant food.....
