When we got home from holiday Brett had a massive hole in his neck. He had an abscess that had burst and it was the grossest most ickiest gaping hole. I honestly thought he didn't have much of a chance but we put him on antibiotics and hoped for the best. Now it has completely healed over and he is like a new rattie! Though, after feeling quite happy and excited for the future of our rat clan I noticed his cage mate, Jemaine, has a small lump on the side of his head. We just can't seem to get all of the rats healthy at the same time. I hope he's ok.

Monkey is glad to have him back.
