Pain

I am not coping. Feel numb.
I got sent home from work today with instructions to go to the doctor. I admitted to a colleague that I have been cutting myself; I know it is wrong but it feels so good.
No doctor’s appointments available. I have slept all afternoon. Dr’s on Friday anyway.
