Spotted The Birdie

Under normal conditions think this bird would have flown away when confronted by a group of Toddlers saying hello to it.

It just remained sat on the fence - hope it's not suffering with a broken wing.

Noticed it is wearing a ring but don't know why - presumable it is not engaged to be married
