Dripping
With #2 Daughter down for a few days, I was wondering where she would want to go to get a blip for the day.
Her morning was taken up with a 3-hour driving lesson, her first in about 10 years. A friend took her out and started from scratch, which was good because a lot has changed in the way driving tests are conducted since her last one. He has had good results with his students so she will be coming back down for more lessons here.
In the afternoon she drove our car while we went round town doing jobs. Then after tea she showed us more photos from her trip to Canada.
So, a blip still not done due to busyness and rain, however what she really wanted to try was a drip shot of the indoor variety. I set things up using ordinary lamps and we tried a lot of shots on burst. Then, for comparison we used the off-the-camera flash on single shots.
From our combined effort I chose one of the early ones because I liked the way the splash looked like a little creature. Katkatkat chose one of the sharper coronets captured by flash.
