Grand Central

Another hot day in NYC at a very high 35 degrees. Definitely a storm brewing in the city.

Carla has never been to New York before so we tried to do more touristy visits today, including Grand Central Station. Celebrating its 100th year and the place was full of people either doing the same as us just visiting to admire the glorious interior, or using the station for their commute elsewhere.

A gateway to many destinations.

Later we plan to meet up with a friend I used to work with who's recently moved out to nyc to work for the year. Very jealousy of her, but so proud as well!
