We are trying to get rid of everything and want happens the 'apology' gift from HSBC turns up 3 weeks later than promised. So I have given away the flowers (all vases in a container) and will pack the champagne. I am sure I can find some space for that!!

As an aside, HSBC were a disaster and no more accounts will ever be opened with them. The champagne made the journey and is sitting in the temporary flat fridge still.
