Woo Hoo

Another day of really positive happenings.Daniel was with Rafi today and they have had some fun. Rafi has been chatty again with staff and Nathan. He has spent a substantial amount of time in hole no. 2 (the lift) again, but thankfully Daniel has been with him most of the time.
He has been listening to music on his I-pod and choosing tunes. He read out a page full of jokes which were printed in normal sized print ( he's not done much reading yet, so I wasn't sure how much his eyes have been affected).
Even Renata the physio was pleased with how her session went, Rafi cooperated and was telling her jokes. She looked so happy after so many weeks of rejection and insults!!
Rafi spend a couple of hours or more in the soft play room this afternoon, he loved it, was very energetic and it was very difficult to get him out!
Had a meeting with the psychiatrist today, he is very pleased with Rafi's progress.
Rafi was able to independently face time both Jodie and Will this evening.
My little bruv Ian is here now and made a lovely veggie curry this evening while I was settling Rafi down for the night, a great end to a good day.
