Kale chips!
Seasonings here are based on the Juice Pulp Chip recipe I've made in the past, with the minor alteration of reducing the amount of garlic powder in place of minced garlic. This helps provide a better overall flavor and texture for the chips (and makes for some awesome schnibblies at the bottom of the bag!). I also add a little cayenne pepper to give them a little more kick. When it comes to baking, the best tip I can give is low and slow. I don't have a food dehydrator (yet), but propping the oven open when it's on the lowest setting does a pretty decent job of baking and dehydrating. These are pretty well a staple at the homestead during kale season. So light and crunchy, these chips go pretty quick, so be warned! :)
