Autumn fruits

I planted three apple trees during the winter and together they produced two apples. They fell to the ground during the storms at the weekend and are in the kitchen while we determine their fate.

I also gave an old Quince a good talking to in the spring and it has responded well. It is dripping with fruit. I now need to have a plan on what to do with this considerable bounty.

Time for Google to answer the question of 'what to do with quince?'.
