Jack

Jack has lived for 85 years in the same house; the Glen, Rackwick, Hoy. On this occasion he has come down to see his sister, Cathy, for a catch up on the news. Note the tea cups on the stove. There's never any hurry.

Their mother used to be the teacher in the Rackwick school, they were both taught by her. Between them they have had many, many years working on their crofts.
